AMZA Management & Consulting has been serving the Southern California
area since 1992. AMZA was established as primarily a consulting entity to provide small business with assistance in
their development: from business plans, marketing plans, demographic/market identification, and contact development.
Throughout its history, the needs of small business have changed to include temporary placement positions, training programs,
outsourcing, and business-to-business development. Presently, with the increase in regulations by the State and Federal
Governments, AMZA services our clients as Compliance Consultants. Compliance with local, state and federal regulations
ensures that our clients meet the obligations of each regulatory agency. Managing the needs of our clients allows AMZA
to assist in communication with the entities that affect our clients.
